Vinegar Eels Culture (8oz)
Quantity: Approximately 8 fluid oz
Vinegar eels are a tiny live food commonly used for newly hatched fish fry and other very small aquarium inhabitants. Their slender size and constant swimming motion make them easy for fry to see and hunt, and they remain alive in freshwater much longer than many other microscopic live foods.
This 8 oz live culture is suitable for both immediate feeding and starting or expanding your own vinegar eel culture.

How to Use
Vinegar eels should be separated from the vinegar culture medium before feeding to your aquarium. Harvest the eels using your preferred filtration or separation method, rinse if desired, and add a small amount directly to the fry tank.
Starting Your Own Culture
For best long-term results, transfer the culture into a larger container containing a 50/50 apple cider vinegar and water mixture. Add a small piece of apple or a few grapes to help support the culture.
Please Note: This is a live culture, so density and appearance may vary. Vinegar eels can be difficult to see individually without strong lighting, but healthy cultures typically contain large numbers of actively swimming organisms.
