L333 White King Tiger Plecos are striking small-to-medium sized plecos known for their bold black-and-white striped or maze-like patterns. Each fish develops a unique pattern, making them especially popular with pleco enthusiasts and breeders.

L333s are generally peaceful but can be territorial with other bottom-dwelling fish, particularly other plecos competing for caves. Providing multiple caves and hiding places helps reduce territorial disputes.

Feed a varied diet of quality sinking carnivore or omnivore pellets, wafers, frozen foods, and protein-rich foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, and mysis shrimp. Unlike many common plecos, L333s are not primarily algae eaters and should not be purchased as an algae-control fish.

Provide clean, warm, well-oxygenated water with good filtration and regular water changes. Driftwood, rockwork, and appropriately sized caves provide important shelter and help fish establish territories.

L333s can be kept with many peaceful community fish that tolerate warmer water. When keeping multiple plecos, provide at least one cave per fish plus additional hiding spaces to reduce competition.

Please note: L333s are cave-spawning plecos. Mature males often claim tight-fitting caves and guard the eggs and fry after spawning.
